White Flour

I find this flour far more superior than a lot of bread flour you can find in supermarkets. When I use other flours my bread doesn’t rise or bake properly. Along with the heat box my bread turns out beautifully each time.

I have been purchasing from YouKnead Sourdiugh for approximately a year now. I started out with a starter kit and quickly ended up with tools, Dutch ovens etc and I will ONLY use their flour after trialling baking flour from elsewhere. No other flour produces the nice soft perfect sourdough I can make with this flour.
