Good product, not great post purchase

I really like this product, however due to them over selling part of the kits I ordered for Christmas were not delivered and refunded. That is fine, however, when selling a kit you would hope the whole thing would arrive, or they would at least send it to you later! The delivery partner they use is also very difficult to deal with, my package went missing twice, and I had to deal with the delivery people myself. I would consider changing to Aus post or Startrack

Superb customer relations

Very happy with the products, but the personalised support and attention to customer satisfaction is amazing.
I purchased the complete kit as a Christmas prezzie for my wife, and had to change the masterclass login from my email to my wife's email several weeks after the original purchase. You Knead Sourdough made it easy for me to make the change, but more importantly, genuinely made me feel like they were keen to help.
